Wedding Invitation Tips
Order Extra Invitations:
When ordering your inviations, sending at least 10 extra inner and outer envelopes per 100 ordered. There are several reasons in doing this. There is always the possibility that you've accidently left off a guest, you may want to add some to your wedding album or scrapbook, some will be returned with the wrong address - they may have moved and didn't tell you.
Check Addresses and Zips:
Check your list carefully. Please indicate by each name either Mr., Dr., Miss., Mrs., or Ms. --or the appropriate combination of these titles to be used. On each address, be sure to indicate whether it is to a Street, Lane, Court, Road, Parkway, or Blvd., etc. Be sure about the correct ZIP CODE. Errors in these areas will cause invitations to be returned.
RSVP Cards:
Some people do not complete RSVP cards correctly. When this is done, you may not get the information they meant to communicate. You may not know who returned the card or whether they meant to respond favorable or expressed regrets. Also, you may not know how many persons will be attending your event. One solution is to assign a guest number to each invitation you send out. Use the same number from your invitation list. Print the number on the back of the RSVP card in small font. If you wish, Ree's Writings will be pleased to add this service for a minimal fee, per inviation.

Costs:
On all contracts for work with Ree's Writings, there will be an inital non-refundable fee of $50. This secures a date for the anticipated date of completing your work and establishes a contract with Ree's Writings, and having submitted the plan of the work you need done, and having received a price quote on your job, you should then send your materials (invitations, envelopes, etc.) to Ree's Writings. A 50% deposit is required before work is to begin. You will be advised when your job is completed and ready for shipment to you. The balance will be due in advance of shipment or pick up.
Ink Color:
All above pricing is for BLACK ink. Other colors are available: Red, Green, Purple, Blue, Burgundy. Silver and Gold will cost extra. Please try to avoid heavily textured paper, high gloss paper, and dark colored paper.
